Advertising must be paid for in advance with US funds by credit card or check.
Advertiser warrants that it holds copyright or trademark release to material advertised on NursesJobListings.com website.
Advertiser will be solely responsible if copyrighted material or intellectual property is used in violation of the law.
Advertiser warrants that it has full authority and power to submit advertisement to NursesJobListings.com and that you are at least 18 yrs. old.
Advertising locations and pages subject to availability.
Advertiser agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless NursesJobListings.com, from any liability direct or indirect as a result of advertiser's material used on NursesJobListings.com website. Should NursesJobListings.com become a party to a lawsuit as a result of advertiser, advertiser agrees to pay any and all cost associated with such suit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In the event advertisers ad is not published in accordance with the terms of this agreement due to technical reasons. NursesJobListings.com sole liability shall be limited to a pro-rata refund of the monthly advertising fee or a full month's fee refund. MODIFICATION NursesJobListings.com reserves the right to modify the conditions and terms contained in this agreement. We will post any changes to this agreement on this page.
